This 30-inch built-in oven combines True Convection with Steam Assist technology to precisely balance heat, moisture, and airflow for every recipe. Its 6.8-inch touchscreen provides access to 17 cooking functions and 10 guided cooking methods, including reverse sear, regeneration, Air Fry, and Slow Cook.
With a spacious 4.9 cu. ft. capacity, eight rack positions, and three full-extension sliding racks, it offers the flexibility to prepare multiple dishes at the same time.
The Steam Assist function combines convection cooking with steam to promote even heat distribution, improved moisture retention, and enhanced browning. Three steam levels are automatically calibrated to match the selected cooking function.
For bread, steam helps keep the dough surface moist, encouraging an airy crumb and a thin, crisp crust. For proteins, it accelerates heat transfer while helping retain natural juices and tenderness.
Dual vertical convection fans circulate air evenly throughout the oven cavity for consistent results on every rack. AeroTech™ technology distributes heat uniformly, while the ActiveVent™ system manages humidity levels to create the ideal cooking environment.
Available functions include True Aero with low, medium, or high steam, along with Crisp Regeneration, Dehydrate, Roast, and Maxi Broil.
Each cooking method is calibrated with an optimal combination of heat, temperature, and humidity. Reverse Sear allows proteins to cook slowly before finishing with high heat, while Proof, Dehydrate, and Keep Warm modes provide added versatility for a variety of cooking tasks.
The included wired food temperature probe monitors internal food temperature in real time for accurate cooking results. The oven is also compatible with an optional wireless temperature probe, sold separately.
The stainless steel finish and 6.8-inch touchscreen create a clean, professional appearance. The oven can be installed side by side or stacked with other matching appliances, with installation gaps as narrow as 1/16 inch for a seamless built-in look.
The soft-close door features a full-width smooth glass interior that simplifies cleaning.
The pyrolytic self-clean cycle uses extremely high temperatures to reduce food residue to a fine ash that can simply be wiped away. The side rack supports are designed to remain inside the oven during the self-clean cycle.
